Our leveling department has installed a leveler for thin plates at the Tobishima factory, where we perform high-precision processing using acid-washed and high-tensile coils as materials. We mainly process acid-washed materials known by the nickname "Sanwa's Acid Wash" using the leveler. As the needs have become more advanced and diverse year by year, we made significant equipment renovations in 2016 and 2017 to enhance our product quality.
